i definitely love doing things on a whim. i ended up with four of
our company’s giants tickets to tonights game, when kevin walked
by my cube around 4:45 and threw the tickets at me.
thus
began a long search of trying to find friends to go to the game.
i remembered that this one girl who i’ve been talking to online (i
think from sf-newcomers) but have never met, had gone to a few
a’s games. i invited her along and she brought her friend
tammy. we met up in front of the mays statue, and went to the
club level seats. i never realized just how good the seats
are, since i had always refused the tickets before. i’m
always at the games anyway and its been tough finding others to go
with. it was definitely a fun night and it is always a blast meeting
new people. especially those who i can call just before a game
and are willing to head out to the ballpark! if i weren’t so tired, this entry might even be
interesting. its just standard “soup label” fare tonight.
